Known as the "Polar Bear," Hugh has proven to be the toughest of the tough. In Season 1, he ran his Yellowknife crew so hard that some of his drivers quit. In the 2nd & 3rd seasons, he again proved himself as one of the best drivers on the ice. Hugh can drive all night, work all day and still have time to spout lots of opinions about those who fall short of his work ethic. This season, oil is booming in Alaska and he's rejoining the rest of the Carlile crew to make the big bucks.
